- We're proud to offer exchanges for any reason. We do not offer free returns. We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
- You have 15 days from the date you place your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags, no odors (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.
- Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Once your return has been lodged in our portal, you will receive an email directing you to pay for your return. This return label can then be printed and attached to your parcel for you to either:
- Drop at your local post office
- Drop at your local post box
- Leave with a mail carrier
- Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. Call Her Bronzeada is not responsible for any lost or damage items when returning.
- All items in our SALE section are final sale, they will not be restocked and cannot be returned.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you believe your swimwear is faulty or damaged, please accept our apology. Email us on support@callherbronzeada.com with your name, order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged item. Our Customer Support team will work with you to issue a replacement in the first instance. Failing that, a refund will be provided.
REFUNDS:
Call Her Bronzeada does not offer refunds unless goods are received in a faulty condition, and we cannot rectify it.
CANCELLATIONS:
Call Her Bronzeada does not offer cancellations - when you confirm payment, you are agreeing to commit to your purchase.
